City of Hamburg opted for Citilog’s AID vehicle detection software to equip 177 tunnel cameras with the market leading incident management solution.

Siemens Hamburg, acting as the integrator, and the City of Hamburg’s traffic department, have after thorough side-by-side evaluations with competing video detection providers, selected Citilog’s solution as the best solution to provide reilably the required incident detection functionalities :

• Wrong way

Results

The Citilog AID Incident Management solution has demonstrated its accuracy and reliability during the entire evaluation period.

The operationability and scalability of the software, matching the specific needs of the use case, plus the detection performance even under difficult circumstances have convinced Hamburg’s city authorities to engage with Citilog.

Siemens Hamburg felt comfortable to engage with Citilog, relying on the ongoing regular support by Citilog’s sales, project management and service interfaces.
 

Conclusion

This project is one of the biggest Citilog IM projects within Middle Europe and it will trigger successing other tunnel projects in Hamburg from 2023 through 2025.

Citilog’s software offers the option for future upgrades in regular intervals, to ensure the continous deployment of Citilog’s state of the art market leading software features.
