Overview of MediaIntruder
MediaIntruder is an automatic real time intrusion detection system based on video content analysis. The software of MediaIntruder is compatible with Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Analog or IP cameras and works under every condition (lighting variations, weather changes or different traffic conditions). The system is based on a patented 4D technology which makes the product more efficient and reliable.To enhance security on different sites for both people and infrastructure, Citilog's MediaIntruder immediately detects intrusions and an audible alarm is instantaneously provided to operators along with an on-screen highlight of the detected intrusion. Citilog's intrusion detection is the solution to protect different sites from human intrusion, vandalism, degradation or terrorist threats. MediaIntruder performs advanced trajectory tracking. This allows keeping track of a person even when he/she passes behind an occluding object (example: pillar or fence).
Solutions
Reliability found in Citilog's MediaIntruder also comes from the ability to create scenarios that trigger alarms. Scenarios can be a combination of the following three primary aspects of intrusion detection:- When an individual goes into a forbidden area, the system automatically provides an alarm with a digital recording
- With time conditions: an alarm is triggered when an individual stays in a predefined zone for more than a specified threshold
- With trajectory: an alarm is sent when an individual follows a predefined path through different zones, or when an individual enters a zone when not coming from another zone
